Family Yoga & Fun • Register • View Cart •

Join in on an upbeat and fun family yoga class! Mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, aunties and uncles, and more can learn yoga poses and strengthen family bonds. Learn healthy habits, positive body image, strengthen/stretch/balance, giggle, be goofy, and more! All levels welcome and no previous experience required. Please bring a yoga mat.

Instructor: Megan Pasciak, Lifestyle Focus Fitness

Please register each person participating. Fees will be adjusted at the end of checkout. This is an adult/child class. The $55 fee covers both the adult and child. Any additional children or adults under the same family are $13 per person.
