This all-levels yoga class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and relaxed. Through a combination of standing and seated postures, you’ll stretch and strengthen your body while improving balance and stability. Gentle yet challenging, this feel good class helps release tension, build core strength, and increase flexibility. Participants must be able to comfortably get up and down from the ground. Please bring a yoga mat.
A minimum number of participants is required to run the class. Please sign up 1 week before the first class date to ensure there are enough people for the class. If the minimum number is met, a drop-in option will be available. Please check back if you're interested in the drop-in option.
