Gradual Yoga

Join us for an invigorating yet relaxing yoga experience. This class combines work and rest to gradually improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Find calm after an intense day. We will practice a combination of standing and seated exercises that will help your joints feel good and help you train your posture muscles. All levels welcome; ability to get up/down off the floor required. Please bring a yoga mat.
