A Mixed Flow class is a vinyasa yoga practice with options for all levels. Start with a warm up, move through poses to build strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, and finish with deep stretches and relaxation. Ideal for those comfortable moving between floor and standing positions, this class blends effort with surrender. Please bring a yoga mat.
Class meets on Tuesdays from Oct 1-Nov 12 (7 classes).
