Are you a senior who is wanting more resources on how to age with dignity? How about a family caregiver who is caring for a loved one and trying to avoid burnout? This workshop will teach how to avoid burnout, how to age in place, how to live well, and how to die well. With topics around advance directives, long term care, end of life care, and much more, you will receive the tools you need to care for your loved one and yourself while maintaining autonomy and sanity!
