Youth 13+/Adult Crocheting
All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your own yarn and hooks if you'd like to use them.
Beginning Crocheting: Basic beginners class, perfect for those wanting to learn a new skill with little to no experience. Explore techniques, reading patterns, abbreviations and correcting mistakes. Go home with new ideas and projects to crochet for your family and friends. Perfect for making gifts for the holidays! Homework will be assigned between the 3 classes.
Learn Crochet Hats: Ready to take the next step? Learn how to crochet a cozy hat while building on the skills learned in Beginning Adult Crochet. Practice shaping, working in the round, and following a pattern to create a hat you'll be proud to wear. Prerequisite: Beginning Adult Crochet.
Beyond Beginning Crocheting: Build on your basic crochet skills as you learn new stitches, techniques, and patterns through fun projects. Prerequisite: Beginning Crochet or Youth Crocheting. Homework will be assigned between the 3 classes.
Learn Granny Squares: Expand your crochet skills by learning how to create classic granny squares! Practice new techniques while making versatile squares that can be used for blankets, bags, pillows, and more. Prerequisite: Beyond Beginning Adult Crochet.
