Through a combination of standing and seated postures, you’ll stretch and strengthen your body while improving balance and stability. This structured walking program focuses on proper technique and offers optional resistance bands (ski walks) for a cardio boost. Each session ends with light stretching. Great for improving overall fitness and well-being. Learn the basics of crochet, how to read a simple pattern, terminology and create useful projects! All supplies are included.
