Please bring a Cricut Explore Machine or newer, a laptop, power cord, and Cricut cutting mat. This all-levels yoga class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and relaxed. Through a combination of standing and seated postures, you’ll stretch and strengthen your body while improving balance and stability. Gentle yet challenging, this feel good class helps release tension, build core strength, and increase flexibility.Perfect for anyone looking to get rid of some aches and pains, this class offers options to meet you where you are. Participants must be able to comfortably get up and down from the ground. Please bring a yoga mat.Looking for a little flexibility this fall? Join us for yoga throughout November and sign up for the dates that fit your schedule! Each class is a stand-alone session, so you can register for one, a few, or all of them in advance — whatever works best for you. This program equips kids with the skills they need to stay safe when home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The class features engaging games and role-playing exercises. Participants will practice rescue techniques, such as choking rescue, using manikins. Class includes lunch, a safe sitter bag, and a student handbook. Students learn how to practice safe habits, how to prevent unsafe situations, and what to do when faced with dangers such as power failures or weather emergencies. Students are also introduced to the Safe Sitter First Aid Chart and learn a system to help them assess and respond to injuries and illnesses.
