Stride and Stretch - Stride and Stretch This structured walking program focuses on proper technique and offers optional resistance bands (ski walks) for a cardio boost. Each session ends with light stretching. Great for improving overall fitness and well-being. Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.This program meets 8 dates: Mondays and Wednesdays from Oct 6-29.Instructor: Stacy Beals, Phy-Ed Teacher
