Through a combination of standing and seated postures, you’ll stretch and strengthen your body while improving balance and stability. Gentle yet challenging, this feel good class helps release tension, build core strength, and increase flexibility.Perfect for anyone looking to get rid of some aches and pains, this class offers options to meet you where you are. Participants must be able to comfortably get up and down from the ground. Please bring a yoga mat.Looking for a little flexibility this fall? Join us for yoga throughout November and sign up for the dates that fit your schedule! Each class is a stand-alone session, so you can register for one, a few, or all of them in advance — whatever works best for you.
