This walking program is a structured plan that is designed to help individuals incorporate regular walking into their daily routine to improve fitness, health, and overall well-being. Resistance bands (ski walks) for a cardiovascular increase will be available. The session will end with mild stretching suited to fit your needs. Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.Sess 1: Mondays and Wednesdays from Oct 7-Nov 13. No class Oct 23.Sess 2: Mondays and Wednesdays from Jan 6-Feb 12.
