Posture affects how we move and stand, but also affects how we look and feel. Join us for this invigorating yet calming class led by a Corrective Exercise Specialist that will help you learn what proper posture is and the most important exercises to improve it. Designed using elements from Tai Chi, Yoga, and Functional Strength Training this class is gentle on the joints and for all levels. Must be able to get up/down from the floor.
