How do I register?

There are four ways to register:

Online: clintonactivities.com
In Person: Pay with cash, check, or credit card in the CAP office at Clinton Elementary School located at 115 Milwaukee Rd. Clinton, WI 53525. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm.
Mail: Mail a completed Registration Form along with payment to Clinton Community School District, Attn: Community Activities Program at 115 Milwaukee Rd. Clinton, WI 53525 Please make checks payable to Clinton Community School District
Drop-Box located at the front entrance of the Clinton Elementary School, 115 Milwaukee Rd. Please use an envelope and include a registration form along with payment.
